The Talent Discovery team is MongoDB’s strategic center of excellence for high-priority hiring. As the Head of Talent Discovery, you will lead this high-impact team through its next evolution, driving a sophisticated talent engine designed to solve complex hiring challenges across every department.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- 4+ years of direct people management in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven success leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent
- Ability to guide teams through organizational evolution and ambiguity
- Mastery of talent analytics
- Strong executive presence and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Expert-level knowledge of top talent sourcing tools and a passion for staying at the forefront of passive outreach strategies
