The Talent Discovery team is MongoDB’s strategic center of excellence for high-priority hiring. As the function’s Senior Manager, you will lead this high-impact team through its next evolution, driving a sophisticated talent engine designed to solve complex hiring challenges across every department.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 4+ years of direct people management in a high-growth technology environment
• Proven success leading sourcing or full-lifecycle teams focused on technical talent
• A demonstrated ability to guide teams through organizational evolution and ambiguity
• Mastery of talent analytics
• Strong executive presence and the confidence to challenge the status quo
