We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with a passion for technology and a customer-centric approach. Requirements
- 7+ years experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role
- Background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- Mind for technology, with ability to learn about MongoDB and databases
- Ability to act with a high level of autonomy
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player and passion for collaboration
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology a plus
