As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy for critical product areas and strategic initiatives. You will navigate high degrees of ambiguity to deliver results independently and serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology, cloud, or enterprise software, with a strong track record of success
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to bring strong, data-driven judgment to decisions
- Consensus-building and high-bar communication skills
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of technology and ability to effectively connect a product area to its business impact
- Genuine empathy for customer challenges and pain points
- Strong bias for action and ability to decompose complex problems into effective solutions
- Excellent judgment and comfortable navigating executive-level escalations
- Ability to effectively represent the company as a subject matter expert in executive-level customer calls, analyst briefings, and public appearances
