As a Legal Lead, you'll provide the legal framework, risk analysis and regulatory guidance needed for product and business teams to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Define and maintain the legal and regulatory framework applicable to RewardFlex solutions.
- Assess legal feasibility of product evolutions and provide clear recommendations.
- Provide structured legal input and constraints to Product teams to support compliant product design.
- Translate regulatory complexity into clear, usable business and operational guidance.
- Maintain HR & Legal reference positions for internal teams.
- Create and maintain training content, legal guidelines and knowledge base.
- Act as senior HR & Legal reference for complex client cases.
- Support Sales, GTM and Product Specialists on strategic deals (especially mid-market).
