Technician I, Maintenance (2nd Shift)

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas. This role supports facility projects and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
• Contribute to the improvement of production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements including USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
