Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas, supporting facility projects and meeting production demands.
Requirements
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, electrical schematics, and work orders accurately.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues to minimize equipment and facility downtime.
- Contribute to the improvement of production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements including USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and company policies.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
