Assistant General Counsel

Monogram Health is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to act in an in-house attorney role that will report to the Associate General Counsel | Chief Commercial and Regulatory Counsel of Monogram Health, Inc. This role is a generalist position that will require judgment, multi-tasking and both strategic and "in-the-weeds" work.

Requirements

• J.D. from a recognized university and licensed to practice law
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
• Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
• Sharp attention to detail
• Managed care experience is preferred, in particular negotiation of value-based care agreements
• General knowledge of healthcare regulatory law, in particular fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA and privacy matters, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid obligations, and corporate practice of medicine
