Job Description
The Director of Medical Economics is a key role focused on enhancing and executing a robust performance management process at both the client and operational reporting levels. The role involves collaborating across various teams to implement and measure strategic actions based on analytical insights.
Requirements
- Lead analysis to identify trend and performance drivers
- Connect operational performance with financial and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical and Operations leaders
- Support ad hoc analytical projects
- Bachelor's degree; actuarial designation (ASA or FSA) a plus
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial or analytical healthcare experience
