Job Description
Director, Medical Economics: Lead analysis to identify trend and performance drivers; translate insights and opportunities into actionable strategies, both operationally and contractually.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA) a plus
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial or analytical healthcare experience
- Exceptional analytical skills, including data visualization and presentation in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in SQL/R/Python
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information across an array of different teams within the organization
- Critical thinker, self starter, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
- Comfort and experience working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
