As a Director, Payer Economics & HEOR Strategy, you will own the end-to-end economic narrative that translates Twin Health’s AI-driven outcomes into a rigorous, defensible value proposition.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Health Economics, Medical Economics, Outcomes Research, or Actuarial Analysis
- Experience conducting economic evaluations of healthcare interventions, vendor solutions, or population health programs from a payer, employer, or actuarial perspective
- Experience presenting economic analyses to payer actuarial teams, employer benefit leaders, or healthcare executives
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage economics
- Understanding of how payers evaluate total cost of care, ROI, and sustainability of healthcare interventions
