Job Description
The Mobility Deployment Technician is responsible for the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Android/Apple mobile devices across the organization.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT support or mobile device deployment
- Hands-on experience with Android/MAC OS configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with software imaging, device provisioning, and asset tracking systems
- Familiarity with MDM tools and mobile security best practices
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VPN, cellular connectivity)
- Demonstrated documentation, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Experience supporting large-scale Android and/or Apple deployments is preferred
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, ITF+, or Android Enterprise/Apple certifications
- Experience with ticketing systems is preferred, specifically FreshService, or other comparable ITSM systems
