Job Description
The Senior Director, Analytics Engineering will be responsible for aligning data used by operations, finance, IT, external vendors, and health plans to best position Monogram Health for successful performance within Value-Based Care contracts.
Requirements
- Lead a team of data engineers, developers, and analysts in the design, development, and maintenance of the DataMart (Gold Layer) for business and operational support
- Design and operationalize performance monitoring tools and capabilities for dashboards (internal and client-facing), internal management reporting and board reporting
- Partner with our Implementations and Client Partnership teams on achieving successful client implementations
- Partner with departments such as IT and Finance in ensuring appropriate data structure and reporting
- Create an environment conducive to growth by creating scalable and flexible solutions to data challenges
