Sr. Director, Analytics Engineering

The Senior Director, Analytics Engineering will be responsible for aligning data used by operations, finance, IT, external vendors, and health plans to best position Monogram Health for successful performance within Value-Based Care contracts.

Requirements

• 8+ years previous experience working in a Value-Based Care provider group and/or health plan
• Experience working with standard software development processes (e.g. developing within Scrum framework)
• Experience in data engineering to support analytics use cases
• Experience in coaching, leading and hiring a top performing team
• Highly proficient in SQL
• Expertise in healthcare claims and healthcare operational data analysis
• Project Management experience
• Cloud computing experience
