Job Description
The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for assessing the needs of consumers and arranging services to meet those needs. They develop individual plans of service, link consumers with external systems, and provide crisis support services. The CSM must have a strong therapeutic relationship with the consumer and be able to address both the individual's biopsychosocial status and the state of the social system in which case management operates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with State of Michigan Licensure
- One year's experience within the specific consumer population
- Willingness to receive SUD training and obtain certification
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with State of Michigan Licensure
- One year paid work experience within the specific consumer population
