Case Manager (Adult mental health)

The Guidance Center provides a range of services to children, adults, and families. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, gathering information, and providing support to consumers. You will also assist with determining eligibility for entitlements, community services, and supports, and link consumers to resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field
• 1 year of experience working with people with mental illness
• Valid Michigan Chauffeur License
• Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
• Cultural competency and sensitivity
• Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle crisis situations
