The Guidance Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing development, fostering resilience, and cultivating well-being through a comprehensive suite of mental health and developmental services for children, youth, adults, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 1958, it has delivered treatment, prevention, growth, and education programs to over 15,000 people annually across 25 programs.

Children's Therapist In-Home
Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology; License eligible in Michigan; Availability to travel throughout the day
Therapist, Children's Outpatient
Master's degree in a relevant field, current licensure, and 1+ years of experience in child mental health
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, 3 years of experience in child and family services, valid chauffeur's license
Teacher Head Start, (10-Month, Full-Day)
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, 12 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, and previous experience working with preschool children
Therapist, Intake Hybrid IDD
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology, licensure and valid driver’s license required
Cook Aide (10-month, Full-Time)
High school diploma, food service experience, and knowledge of sanitation practices required
Sub Assistant Teacher (On-Call), All Sites
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education. 12 credits in early childhood education. CDA or state CA license & ongoing program completion is needed
Psychiatrist
Must hold relevant licenses and certifications (Physician, Pharmacy Controlled Substance, DEA). Psychiatric board eligibility is preferred
WrapAround Facilitator I
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology or social work, 3 years of experience, valid chauffeur's license
Therapist, At-Risk Youth
Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, license eligible in Michigan, and ability to travel throughout the day
