Job Description
Regional Maintenance Manager will plan, implement and review property preventative maintenance operations and services, including overseeing maintenance personnel, preparing properties for inspections, and managing 24-hour deficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of regional maintenance background overseeing a large affordable housing portfolio.
- Prefer CMM, OSHA, EH&S certifications and NSPIRE experience.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
