Job Description
The Regional Maintenance Manager will plan, implement and review all aspects of property preventative maintenance operations and services, including travel to assigned communities to prepare properties for NSPIRE.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of regional maintenance background overseeing a large affordable housing portfolio
- Prefer CMM, OSHA, EH&S certifications and NSPIRE experience
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
