The Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) will coordinate and provide a range of educational materials to residents, act as a relocation specialist, and assist with in-place renovations and temporary relocations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a social service delivery with the elderly and/or family population.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project.
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Familiarity with clerical practices, office procedures, and automated equipment
- Ability to satisfactorily complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with reasonable speed and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
