Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer seeking a Parts Manager to oversee all phases of Parts Operation, including inventory control, hiring and training, and marketing and selling parts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience within the equipment or auto service industry
• Experience with agriculture equipment or construction equipment preferred
• Strong work ethic, superior communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency
