Business Manager - Iraq & Jordan

Monster Energy is seeking a Business Manager to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to new heights across the nation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and more than 10 years of experience in sales, including experience in sale planning, trade marketing, new product development, and managing a distribution system.

Requirements

• Review all P & L elements and offer proactive measurements, ideas, and reactive solutions to improve profitability.
• Prepare and carry out motivation/incentive programs for DP's sales personnel and key customers.
• Regularly analyze rate of sales and recommend actions for improvement.
