Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- More than 10 years of experience in sales
- More than 5 years of experience in sales planning, trade marketing, new product development
- Advanced user Microsoft Office
- Exceptional analytical skills, time management, and customer service skills
- Significant sales experience in FMCG and beverages
- Experience in managing and influencing a distribution system
- Demonstrated capability to manage a P&L and solid understanding of commercial finance
- Experience of managing a field sales team directly and influencing the sales force of a DP
- Ability to combine strong commercial senses with good appreciation of brand building and marketing
- Strong communications/presentation skills effective across a broad range of audiences
- Experience of interacting with and in an international matrix organization management
