Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study
• More than 10 years of experience in sales
• More than 5 years of experience in sales planning, trade marketing, new product development
• Advanced user Microsoft Office
• Exceptional analytical skills, time management, and customer service skills
• Significant sales experience (Key account and Field sales Management) in FMCG and preferably beverages
• Experience in managing and influencing a distribution system
• Demonstrated capability to manage a P&L and solid understanding of commercial finance
• Experience of managing a field sales team directly and influencing the sales force of a DP
• Ability to combine strong commercial senses with good appreciation of brand building and marketing
• Strong communications/presentation skills effective across a broad range of audiences
• Experience of interacting with and in an international matrix organization management
