Requirements

• Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team
• Follow through on plans provided by management and pass down any updates for the following shift
• Train and document new/temporary employees in their areas
• Enforce company policies, and ensure maintenance personnel follow SOPs and guidelines
• Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas
• Troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance team and be engaged in all areas
• Collaborate with management to improve reliability and efficiency of equipment
• Support the maintenance department improvements through supporting the initiatives
