Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

Monster Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift to lead the maintenance team and drive excellence in all maintenance aspects. The successful candidate will provide vibrant leadership, clear direction, and inspiring guidance to the shift employees.

Requirements

• Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team
• Train and document new/temporary employees in their areas
• Enforce company policies and ensure maintenance personnel follow SOPs and guidelines
• Monitor utilities areas, production areas, and facilities areas
• Troubleshoot equipment problems with maintenance team
• Provide input to changes and work with vendors or contractors on issues
• Collaborate with management to improve reliability and efficiency of equipment
