As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll provide guidance, direction, and inspiring leadership to your shift employees, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance, technical, manufacturing leadership role
- Computer skills in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Knowledge of maintenance programs such as Reliability Centered Maintenance 2, Total Quality Management (TQM), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), or Maintenance Excellence
