Requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordination with suppliers, maintenance services, utilities, security, facility needs, and overall workspace organization.
- Manage all incoming, outgoing mail and package shipments (internal and external), and order, stock, track, and maintain office supplies, equipment, and furniture needs.
- Screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver accurate messages, and respond to internal and external requests by providing information or referring inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare and manage expense reports in travel and expense software, process invoices and check requests, organize payments, and track related financial documentation.
- Manage the Work Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) and participate in the Safety and Health Committee (COPASST); ensure facility and operational compliance with local regulations;
