- Prepare and manage expense reports
- Process invoices and check requests
- Organize payments and track related financial documentation
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Manage the Work Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST)
- Participate in the Safety and Health Committee (COPASST)
- Ensure facility and operational compliance with local regulations
- Act as liaison with government entities
- Oversee warehouse operations and manage promotional, brand merchandising, and other company assets
- Assist with human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee readiness
