Job Description
Monster Energy is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive adoption across the enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will work closely with vendor-side OCM leads to execute the change strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in change management, transformation, or related roles (client-side preferred)
- Between 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Experience working on enterprise-wide digital or ERP transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Ariba, TM, or similar)
- Relevant certifications (Prosci, ACMP) are a plus
