Job Description
Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Director, AI Innovation to define the company's AI vision, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and lead AI initiatives across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in AI/ML/Automation strategy, 3-5 years of experience in leading enterprise AI initiatives, and a strong understanding of modern AI platforms and model architectures.
Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or related fields. Master’s or MBA preferred
- More than 10 years of experience in AI/ML/Automation strategy
- Between 3-5 years of experience in leading enterprise AI initiatives
- Familiarity with modern AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.)
- Understanding of model architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks
- Preferred Certifications: Executive certifications in AI Leadership (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Azure AI or other enterprise AI technology certifications helpful
- Organizational leadership or innovation strategy credentials
