Senior Director, AI Innovation

We are looking for a Senior Director of AI Innovation to define the long-term AI vision, drive enterprise-wide transformation, and oversee the strategy, development, and execution of breakthrough AI solutions across all business functions.

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience in AI/ML/Automation strategy
• Between 3-5 years of experience in leading enterprise AI initiatives
• Familiarity with modern AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.)
• Understanding of model architectures, AI agents, orchestration frameworks
• Preferred Certifications: Executive certifications in AI Leadership (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
• Azure AI or other enterprise AI technology certifications helpful
• Organizational leadership or innovation strategy credentials
