Requirements
- Create and manage business plans for key customers with bottlers to deliver company growth goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with bottlers to control long-term investments and boost channel profitability.
- Train staff in using category tools to engage and influence customers.
- Activate sales campaigns and customer activations with marketing team.
- Manage and develop channel/customer promotional calendars.
- Monitor and coach training distributor merchandiser team for instore compliance.
- Develop innovative promotional activities to improve sales and execution at the Point of Sale.
