Surgical Technologist - Cardiothoracic Surgery

Under the leadership of the department director, the Surgical Technologist is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic surgical environment in cardiothoracic surgery. The position requires advanced clinical expertise, quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, and safety.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years scrub experience as a Surgical Technologist in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Graduate of a surgical technologist training program strongly preferred.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS is required.
• Surgical Technologist certification is strongly preferred.
