The role requires a leader with experience in food and beverage operations, exceptional supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service and create memorable moments for our guests.

Requirements

• Progressive food and beverage experience
• Effective supervisory and communication skills
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures
• Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Embrace Technology – continually learn, adapt and master to new operating system
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus
