Job Description
At Montage International, we're looking for a passionate Director of Banquets to lead our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Director of Banquets, you'll oversee the daily operation of the Banquet department, develop and maintain policies and procedures, and work closely with other departments to execute client events and meetings.
Requirements
- Prior Director of Banquets or Banquet Manager experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, a plus
- Proven success in customer service and guest recovery
- Ability to supervise subordinate staff
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a results-oriented environment
