Valet Cashier (Seasonal)

The Valet Cashier will be the point person for the day to day flow of the valet parking team and front drive activity. The role requires receiving and communicating vehicle information, handling cash, and organizing outside transportation. A high school education is required, with previous customer service experience desired.

Requirements

• Receive and communicate all vehicle 'pulls' to the key control coordinator.
• Input and control the parking charges and take required parking service payment and handle cash accordingly.
• Answer all calls from guest rooms regarding vehicles to be pulled.
• Ensure vehicles are pulled in a timely manner and to the guest specification.
• Organize and communicate outside transportation.
