Job Description
Montefino Respiratory Care Practitioners (RTs) provide direct medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities, working in smaller, focused patient caseloads. RTs build relationships with patients and their loved ones, fostering positive impacts on their daily lives. They follow established standards, provide supervision, and ensure safety and effective treatment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body.
- 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of field practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
