Job Description
Montefino Ventilator Training is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RT) to provide direct medical care to individuals with Developmental Disabilities, fostering positive relationships and contributing to their quality of life. This role involves setting up and operating equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment. RTs must be highly organized, effective communicators, and possess knowledge of relevant laws and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body.
- 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant field and best practices.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work shifts including day and night, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
