Job Description
Montefino is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners to provide essential medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities in a small, highly supervised team. The role emphasizes direct patient care, strong teamwork, and adherence to established guidelines. RTs build relationships with patients and their families, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body (RRT, CRT, or RCP).
- 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role.
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of fields such as oxygen delivery and side effects, relevant laws, and patient care procedures.
