Job Description
Montefino Ventilator Training is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners (Respiratory Therapists) to provide essential medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities in assigned facilities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, direct patient support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. RTs focus on improving daily lives through intervention and preventative measures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body (Preferred: Registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Respiratory Therapist, CA Respiratory Care Practitioner License)
- 1+ year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role (desired).
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Service-oriented mindset with genuine passion for providing care.
- Knowledge of fields like oxygen delivery, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency with common office applications and computer skills.
