Respiratory Therapist

Montefino Ventilator Training is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide essential medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities in a small caseload setting. The role emphasizes direct patient care, training, and working within a team environment, with a focus on positive patient outcomes. RTs build relationships with patients and their families and are responsible for safe, clean, and therapeutic environments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body.
• 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role (preferred, but not required).
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Service-oriented mindset with genuine passion to provide care for others.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Active communication skills (written and verbal).
