Job Description
Montefino Ventilator Training is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide essential medical care to patients with Developmental Disabilities. RTs act as patient advocates, building relationships with patients, their families, and care teams. They follow established procedures, ensure patient safety, and contribute to positive patient outcomes. The role involves both direct patient care and training and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current Respiratory License/Credentials from an accredited body.
- 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist or similar role (desired, but not required).
- Current driver license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of the field and best practices.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
