Job Description
The Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer (SVP/CLO) serves as a senior-level executive working with the CEO, executive team, and the Board of Directors to develop the strategic vision of Monterra Credit Union. The CLO is responsible for leading and managing the credit union’s lending operations and sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in lending for a mid- to large-size financial institution or mortgage broker
- Ability to plan, organize and effectively run multi-faceted and dynamic Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending and Residential Real Estate Lending of a mid- to large-size financial institution.
