Job Description
Montgomery College is seeking to fill two full-time HVAC Mechanic II positions. The positions involve performing skilled HVAC work, including installation, operation, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and retrofitting. The positions are located at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, with varying work hours.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Five years of experience in heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of DDC and HVAC systems, chiller operations and related software
- Comprehensive knowledge of operations and maintenance of buildings and building systems
- Maryland Journeyman level HVAC license
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- Valid driver’s license
