Requirements
- Actively participate and drive Montrose’s strong safety culture
- Act as a leader in the workplace using Montrose Standard Operating Safety and Technical Procedures
- Overall accountability on a high profile client portfolio of moderately to highly complex projects for legacy upstream oil and gas facilities from decommissioning to regulatory closure
- Oversee internal project teams across disciplines to facilitate delivery of high-quality products to meet our client’s requirements under their environmental program management framework
- Lead communication with the client’s program management team and project related stakeholders
- Provide support to project managers on subcontractor management
- Provide senior review and approval of all technical deliverables and scopes of work
- Prepare and/or review technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and reports, with a primary focus on regulatory submissions (Record of Site Conditions, Comprehensive Site Reviews, Conceptual Site Models, Phase 1 ESA, Phase 2 ESA, RMP/RAP, Detailed Site Assessments, Remedial Summary Reports, and Remediation or Reclamation Certificate Applications)
- Transfer knowledge, share experiences, and support the training and mentorship of colleagues
- Be a senior member of our technical practice community that supports team and personal innovation, and growth and success at all levels
