Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our dedicated team in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire. Requirements

• GPhC-registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification (with 2 years experience)
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of CBPM or willingness to undergo specialised training.
• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, patient-focused approach to care.
