Job Description
We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our London team. This is a hybrid role, you will work 3 days in our London office and 2 days remotely. You will play a key part in prescribing and reviewing cannabis based medicines for patients with complex conditions.
Requirements
- GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescriber (IP) qualification
- At least 2 years prescribing experience
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of CBPM is desired not essential or willingness to undergo specialised training
- Clear and confident communicator across clinical and non-clinical settings
- Highly effective at managing time and prioritising competing demands
- Proactive and resourceful when identifying and resolving problems
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex workflows
