Performs all routine polysomnograms that are ordered by the physician, scores records, and maintains quality assurance records. Gathers information, sets up and operates equipment, and monitors procedures. The Polysomnographic Technician Level II serves patients of all ages with regards to age-specific/cultural diversified needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Sleep Technologist (RST), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with Sleep Disorders Specialty (SDS)
- 1+ years of Sleep Center Experience
- Associate degree in Health Related Field
