Head of People, EU

We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re seeking a Head of People to lead our newly launched European business, reporting to the EU CEO and leadership team. The successful candidate will own and deliver the roadmap that provides a world-class people experience and acts as a catalyst for our business goals. Responsibilities include building a high-performance organisation, creating a culture that centres on our customers, and fostering a diverse, high-performing, innovative and agile workforce. This is a Controlled Function (CF-2) role within the meaning of the Central Bank Reform Act, 2010.

Requirements

• Proven track record of aligning people goals with commercial business outcomes in a high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in L&D, with Leadership Development as a key strength
• Experience building strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders
• Experience identifying future-critical skills and implementing development frameworks
• Experience of European expansion and understanding best practice and policy in different European countries
• Experience using organisational health data to inform decision making and measure success
